Terms and Conditions for The AdExchange, Content Syndication & Link Exchanges.

- No content, banners, creatives, logos or links of Mysterindia.com will be displayed or syndicated by any other websites in any manner whatsoever without the prior permission of Mysterindia.com or its representatives.

- By agreeing to become an advertising associate of Mysterindia.com, you are bound by the below mentioned terms and conditions & declare that the content of Mysterindia.com will not be displayed at any website/page that contains nudity, partial nudity, violence, vulgar language, or links to adult sites or any other sites that are unacceptable by the legal laws and policies of the Indian Penal Code or its relevant laws.
Also the following sites are not acceptable :
a. Sites engaged in the promotion of illegal substances or activities.
b. Sites that contain racial, ethnic, political. or otherwise ojectionable content.
c. Sites that contain illegal Warez content.

- The particpants have to display the AdExchange banners on the first 300 lines of the web page so that it can be seen without a window scroll by their visitors. In case of any special circumstances for not conforming to this term, send us an email request to webmaster@mysterindia.com.

- The AdExchange Administrator has to the right to accept or reject the ongoing participant in the AdExchange Programme. A new sign-up member gets 500 credits to his account as a signup bonus.

- The current exchange ratio for the Mysterindia.com AdExchange is 3:4. i.e. for every 4 impressions shown on a member's site, he will get 3 credits to his account i.e. his banner will be displayed 3 times on the exchange member sites. The AdExchange administrator reserves the right to change this ratio with a prior notice to the members.

- The creatives [gif or jpg formats] will be supplied by the Advertiser/Agency/Member and its size should not exceed 15 kb. The banner sizes should be 468x68 pixels.

- Members/Participants who decide to generate free advertising by placing an Mysterindia banner or link on their page(s) agree to not artificially inflate traffic counts using a program (including scripts), device, or other means. Spamming or any other abuse could result in legal action.

- Mysterindia.com administrators reserve the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without a prior notice.

We welcome Link Exchanges with other travel-related websites.

- If you want to participate in a LINK Exchange agreement, send us an an email addressed to webmaster@mysterindia.com with the following details :
