The following Rate Card is applicable for the quarter ending 30th June 2004.
(Ratecard at the bottom of this page)

Terms and Conditions regarding Advertising at Mysterindia.com & Mysterbazaar.com

1. The creatives [gif or jpg formats] will be supplied by the Advertiser or its agency and its size should not exceed 30 kb.

2. The campaign or advertised banner is limited to its contracted impressions or one month time period whichever is earlier and the bills will be raised accordingly. The bills have to be cleared within 3 working days of the date of receipt.

3. The publisher has the right to obtain an advance payment from any advertiser or its agency for any campaign as it deems so.

4. Advertisers who agree to advertise on Mysterindia.com can modify their banners subject to the total impressions or time period contracted in the initial purchase.

5. Any disputes regarding the advertising on the site are subject to the jurisdiction of the legal courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Please read the Terms & Conditions in the Information section for the same.

6. Mysterindia.com or Mysterbazaar.com does not accept adult content sites. Advertising banners and websites must not contain nudity, partial nudity, violence, vulgar language, or links to adult sites. In addition, advertising banners cannot imply a link to an adult content site or other sites that are not acceptable by the legal laws and policies of the Indian Penal Code or the relevant laws as per prescribed accordingly from time to time.

7. Also the following sites are strictly not acceptable : 
	a. Sites engaged in the promotion of illegal substances or activities. 
	b. Sites that conatin racial, ethnic, political. or otherwise ojectionable content. 
	c. Sites that contain illegal Warez content.

8. Participants who decide to generate free advertising by placing an Mysterindia banner or link on their page(s) agree to not artificially inflate traffic counts using a program (including scripts), device, or other means. Spamming or any other abuse could result in legal action.

9. Mysterindia.com administrators reserve the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

10. If it is an paid or contracted advertising campaign, the campaign or advertised banner is limited to its contracted impressions or one month time period whichever is earlier and the bills will be raised accordingly. The bills have to be cleared by the advertiser / agency within 3 working days of the date of receipt.

11. The publisher has the right to obtain an advance payment from any advertiser or its agency for any campaign if it deems so. 
12. Advertisers who agree to advertise on Mysterindia.com can modify their banners subject to the total impressions or time period contracted in the initial purchase without any time-breaks.

Note : Don't forget to mention your email address alongwith your organisation details while sending in your cheques. We will send further instructions to the provided email address. And also do keep your banners ready.

In case of any dispute with regard to the advertising contract, the Mysterindia.com adnministration reserves the right to cancel any incentive schemes / bonus impressions in part or in entireity, subject to a written/emailed notice to the advertiser or its agency.
