A two-day festival featuring music maestros like Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia got over at the ancient Banganga temple in Mumbai.

              Jointly organised by the Indian Heritage Society, Mumbai and MTDC, the festival is a tribute to the epic journey of the pilgrims who found their way to this region over 2,500 years ago, a release said.

             

With an aim to promote landmark sites, comprising several temples dating back to 6th Century BC, there will be guided tours by college students who will enlighten tourists about the history of the festival.
